FAQ

  • When will I get my box?
    All orders apply to the following month's box. So, for example, if you begin your subscription during the month of January, you will receive your first box in the month of February, and every month afterwards, for the length of your subscription. If you have ordered a single box, that box should arrive within 15 working days of your order.
  • What if items are missing or damaged?
    If any items are missing from your box or arrive damaged, please let us know immediately at info@storriorbox.com and we will replace them, either in a separate shipment, or in the following month's box. We are not responsible for items damaged or missing after the shipment has been safely delivered.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    Subscribers who start an account with us can cancel on their own anytime. If you do not wish to start an account, you must contact us at info@storriorbox.com to cancel. Please keep in mind there is no early cancellation for one-year and six-month subscriptions. Month-to-month subscribers can cancel anytime, and that cancelation will be processed immediately.
  • I am a Student. Can I get a discount?
    Absolutely! Contact us at info@storriorbox.com and we will get you hooked up!
